Notice is hereby given that West Devon Borough Council intends to dispose of an interest in public open space at the above location. The disposal is for an easement for underground cables and use of the land will remain unchanged. A plan of the land affected is available for inspection at the WDBC Kilworthy Park Offices. 

Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing to Guy Pedrick, The Estates Team, WDBC, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE no later than 19 August 2024.
