Applications and Information Required
Applications can be made online. The applicant or their appointee, carer, advocate or a third party acting on their behalf can make applications.
We also allow direct referral from trusted partners through our online application system.
What information will I need to provide?
In order to make an assessment of the household needs and priorities, the Council will require some information to be provided. This may include details of who is living within the household, income and details of any savings, and the circumstances and reasons that led to an application being made. We will also need some practical information, such as contact details.
The information provided on the application form may be sufficient to make an assessment. However, we will require a copy of the account statement which you wish the payment to be made into. This must show the name on the account, the account number and sort code.
