Householder and Building Screening Checklist - (Birds/Bats Identified)
In order to speed up assessment by the Local Planning Authority (LPA), a checklist for householder/building applications which have bat roost or bird nesting issues ONLY has been produced.
This checklist should be submitted at the beginning of every Ecology Report. We are encouraging LPAs to include the checklist as part of their validation requirements.
The checklist is to be completed by the Ecological Consultant and not the LPA.
