Hazardous Installations Risk Assessment
Required for all development involving hazardous installations.
Guidance
All applications involving hazardous installations should be accompanied by a Risk Assessment, undertaken by a suitably qualified and competent person/ organisation, to include:
- An assessment of the relevant risks the development would incur
- How these risks will be mitigated.
