Required for all applications affecting geological sites
A geological report is required if the application impacts on a geological Site of Special Scientific Interest or County Geological Site (Regionally Important Geological Site - RIGS).
To find out if your site is on or near a RIGS see Devon RIGS or ask Devon Biodiversity Records Centre (inc. a small charge).
