If you decide to make a planning application then you will need to submit the following drainage information:
- A copy of the Validation Summary Report produced by the validation tool
- A Flood Risk Assessment (if identified by the validation tool)
- A Surface Water Drainage Assessment (SWDA) as identified by the validation tool
Missing information, partial plans or incomplete documentation will not pass validation and you will be required to repeat this process to correct any omissions.
