The area included by a line commencing at the south west corner of the churchyard, running along its west boundary, then along the south frontage of the farm buildings behind Blackhall Farm. It then continues east behind the farm building west of the farm to the road and from there south along the rear boundaries of the properties east of the wood from Park Cottage to Camsbrooke. From there it continues east across the road to include Town Barton and the house south of it, and then north across the road to the corner of the churchyard again.

Part of the village of South Tawton adjoining the south eastern boundary of the existing Conservation Area.

Amended: 1 October 2010

Extended to include the entirety of the churchyard of St. Andrew's Church. Reduce the boundary to exclude the property known as Stable Cottage and The Barn as shown on the relevant map. This amends the conservation area dated 28 April 1972. Reduce the boundary by excluding land at Nos 1 and 2 Glebe Court. This amends the conservation area dated 31 August 1990.
