The Conservation Area includes the whole of the village of Milton Combe. Its western boundary is the road to the west of O.S. plots 8223, 7911, 7803, 7787, 7480 and 6973. The northern boundary is formed by O.S. plots 8632, 9032, 9432 and 9529.
The eastern boundary is formed by O.S. plots 9423, 9218, 9212, 8901, 8993, 9090, 8983, 8774 and 8567. The southern boundary is formed by O.S. plots 717(1 and 7767.
All buildings and their curtilages within this area are included in the Conservation Area.
