 The whole of the "core" of Horrabridge, including the meadow by the weir, extending as far as and including the burial ground and Walkham Terrace to the west, Sampford House and Sampford Terrace to the east, and the Vicarage and Briar Cottage to the South.  Ordnance Survey Sheets SX 5169 and SX 5170.

Extend to include an area to the south of the River Walkham including a former mill building at Weir Park and an area of medieval burgage plots to the east and south of Cedarcroft.
