Cancellation of part of the existing conservation area at Drewsteignton at its eastern boundary.

Extended to the south, to include The Orchard and land comprising fields and gardens from Pippin Cottage to The Old Rectory. Also extend to the north west to include Smiths Building, lane leading to the eastern end of the churchyard and land to the west of Netherton Hill.
