Information about where you can day park your self-contained motorhomes in West Devon.

Although most Motorhomes prefer to park in caravan parks for safety and convenience, we do offer daytime Parking in some specific car parks in West Devon.

Where can I park?

Generally vehicles over 5 metres are not permitted in the Council's car parks. However, as a concession, mobile homes which are larger than the size of the bay may park in the following car parks.

There are no barriers to restrict height in any of these car parks.

Motorhome Parking in West Devon

Terms and conditions 

  • One ticket per bay must be purchased e.g. If your vehicle is larger than a standard parking bay the driver must purchase two pay and display tickets and clearly display both of them in the windscreen of the vehicle.
  • The vehicle must not cause any obstruction to the roads, thoroughfares or other car park users.

Please Note: Overnight sleeping or camping is not permitted in any West Devon Borough Council Car Park at any time
