To make sure our waste collection rounds are as efficient as possible, some collection days for waste and recycling will be changing from the 16 April.

To improve our recycling collections we are replacing our old recycling vehicles which have come to the end of their useful life. Our new vehicles can collect higher volumes of recycling, which enables us to collect from more properties before the need for emptying.

This means our collection routes have been redesigned. Some collection days and calendars have had to change to allow this.

If you have received a letter advising you that your day or calendar is changing, you can use the FAQs below to find more information.

The changes will come into effect the week beginning the 16 April 2018.

Clinical collections are not affected by these changes.

The day change will apply to dry recycling, food waste, black bag waste and (if you subscribe) your garden waste.
