The charge for this service is £35.
What do I need to bring?
When you arrive for this service you must bring:
- the form to be stamped, already fully completed – we cannot advise on how to complete the form
- an English language translation of the form if it is in another language
- photo ID such as a valid passport or driver's licence
- a proof of address – for example, a council tax bill or bank statement
