Exceptional Hardship Fund
The Exceptional Hardship Fund offers short-term help to customers who get Council Tax Reduction but who are struggling to pay their Council Tax liability.
You must be in receipt of Council Tax Reduction before you can receive an Exceptional Hardship Fund payment. If you are not currently receiving Council Tax Reduction please complete an application here.
