☎ We're working hard to cut call wait times in our contact centre and aim to answer 80% of calls within 5 minutes. At the moment, most calls are answered within 16 minutes.

☎ Our busiest times are 9 a.m. and lunchtimes. If you can phone outside these times, you may not have to wait as long.
