This is a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative Housing Advice team. We are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals to join the team as Case Managers providing accommodation support. You will be working closely with the Housing team and our in house lettings agency, SeaMoor Lettings, to help our customers to find and sustain suitable accommodation. The role will involve supporting people to become ready to live in independent accommodation, searching for a suitable home and helping them to sustain their tenancies. It will also involve liaising with landlords and helping to grow our lettings agency.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience of support work, partnership working and negotiation skills, as well as an understanding of the challenges facing people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
